Cleaning
I specialize in quality deep cleaning, for multi-family complex's and new homes. *Prices vary Please call for a quote.
I am a Carpenter. Quality carpentry work since 1996. Work starts at $75 an hour with a minimum of $400 work required. * Material not included.
I'm handy with Doors. Able to change out door hardware including hinges, or cut and install new doors including barn style doors. $75 an hour minimum $400.* Material not included.
I can change out light fixtures, install new switches, GCFI's, install ceiling fans. $75 an hour minimum $400 *Material not included.
Pressure Washing / Excavation Services/ Hauling
I'm handy with Flooring. Able to level floors, screw down floors, prep floors and install snap in vinyl. Services start at $75 an hour minimum $400 *Material not included.
I'm handy in completing renovations/ remodels. Including installing new fire place tiles, hardware changes, cabinetry upgrades, you name it. Pricing varies $75 an hour minimum $400 * Material Not Included.
I'm handy with Painting. Touch up painting, paint removal from trim, trim painting. *Material not included. Prices Vary please call for a quote.
Pressure Washing: *75 an hour minimum $400.
Excavation Services: Bid is Required.
Hauling: Bid Required
Jim is very helpful and able to undergo multiple tasks at once. He was able to help turn 18 renovation apartments at my complex in under 60 days. Work was completed all by him, hardware removal, painting, hardware install and hall off of debris. Jim also brings all urgent un-known items to attention as soon as they arise.
